Bought a gold plus extened warranty in the purchase of the vehichle on 02/10/07.introduced for service to the brakes which where no longer working. On 02/17/10. Got the truck back on 02/23/10 and paid $328.27 on bill #: 848958 (my customer#: 407637) went vehicle the 20 kilometers home and upon reaching our exit ramp discovered that the wheels where still not mounted. There is almost today pedal. Quite simply the brake pedal might go to the ground gradually but reach the ground. On power brakes this will not happen. Got the truck back and dropped off and advised them the wheels where still no longer working. They said leave it and they're going to try to re-bleed the wheels. On tuesday i returned and the service individual (thomas v. Ling) stated that there is nothing the problem with the wheels. I understood i'd get nowhere and signed the invoice using a part observe that i had been unsatisfied
03/12/10-wheels failed i nearly destroyed in winter months. Required truck to nearest service place (dean jordans goodyear service stop.) plus they had to restore the best rear caliper assy. I settled $579.39 and today i've the right level of pedal back to the power brake system.
*this will have been covered under my gold plus strategy using the chevy dealer* they put a mand help repair onto it that could have experienced me within an crash! They where attempting to walk me outside the warranty period so that they wouldn't need to install the parts required
I tried to make contact with gm-support c.E.O. However, you cannot contact them... Should you choose find an email contact it allows just 2000 charachtors which doesn't start to allow enough space for what to describe the crooked method thier sellers do bussiness!
