My aunt went to jd byryder in fairfeild ohio, she met with a saleman for privacy reasons let's call him b-billy. He was the nicest person even though he had us sitting there the entire day while they get an so-called approval done. We told him we had only $1100 down, now too make a very long day short we got this approval the paperwork was brought to us, the first thing we noticed was that the first few payment were extremely high. We asked him why? He told us it was due to taxes and finance charges. Not knowing anything about the car business we signed the papers and was just happy to get out of there. A few days later we spoke to a cnac employee and was told by three different people let's call them s-sandra, m-marcelle, and n-nate that our first few payments were so high because the car required a $1700 down payment. So they just secretly added it on to my aunt first few payments, without even discussing it with her. We were there all day and no one once mentioned in that whole day we sat there that they were adding more money to her $1100.00 down payment that she originally told them she had.
We had just left a car dealership with way better vehicles than some damn jd byryder and they wanted $1500 down but she didnt have it now they basically forced her to put down $1700 on a 2003 that has over 100,000 miles for a price over $18,000 that is not running right it makes a whistling noise everytime you put your feet on the gas but of course the problem is not covered by this fabulous warranty. We tried to get out the loan they said sure bring it back but you gets no money back so she now have to keep the car because she wouldnt have money to go somewhere else! They wouldnt take her second payment until my aunt came in to speak with the cnac "manager" let's call her c-carla. Because they thought i was driving that car! (i have a 2004 chevy from the chevy dealer by the way i paid $9000.00 for it had 68,000 miles thank you) point being if my aunt is paying her car payments and insurance why is it them people business who is driving her car?!!!
Somebody need to tell these people they are jd byryder and not a major car dealership lol. Somebody needs to tell them they dont have one 2010 sitting on their lot so they need to stop acting like it, and somebody needs to tell them they are car salemen not super stars lol. Everybody there no matter what title they give each other and they are all crooks. They should just put that on their name tags crook1, crook2 and so on. Also the smiling saleman we met in the beginning, called him after the sale was final he dont even know her, he tranfer you right to (crooks not about credit) or "cnac". Dont purchase those pieces of s* from those crooks. They take advantage of people bad situations and someone need to bring a class lawsuit up against them and they need to be shut down.
I told my aunt dont go to them in the first place. I had a car back in the 90's from their kellogg location. The transmission went out two weeks later while me and my children was in the car going up a hill we rolled backwards and hit a pole. I just got them off my credit by filing bankruptcy on them. I wish she would have listened but when you have nowhere else to go what do you do? They know you dont have anywhere else to go that's why they are going to continue to get over on people. The ones working their should be ashame of themselves. I know everyone have to eat but how do you sleep knowing you're getting your meals by taking food from other people! Everybody just watch out for them downpayments being secretly added into your first payments! Once you sign they got you! And they got it on camera for your benefit they say lol! My aunt didnt get a copy of that taping they did, that's because they know they are crooked. Who else films a closing on a car absolutely no damn body! Red flag
