On Saturday February 6th we chose to purchase a new work vehicle. We transpired to CARL BURGER DODGE in La Mesa. We discovered one we preferred a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 4X4. It just had 31 miles onto it. We went it house (Murrieta) also it over-heated on the road. We stopped in Fallbrook and named the seller. We were informed to obtain it towed towards the closest supplier. We'd to make use of our very own towning AAA. (which was not correct) We'd to get hold of CARL BURGER DODGE on Sunday. We required a brand new vehicle. We experience it's just reasonable to get a brand new vehicle because that's what we decided to purchase. We were informed the support division had a need to consider the vehicle first. Over and over we've to get hold of the seller to discover what's happening. The vehicle wound up having little openings within the radiator. That's why it over-heated. The seller has decided to repair the truck although not provide us a brand new vehicle. We were informed the vehicle could be set by Wednesday Feb 12th. That's no further the situation. Today it'll not prepare yourself until Friday or Friday. Again, we've to keep calling them to discover what's happening. CARL BURGER DODGE just understands what customer support is till they've your cash. We weren't actually provided a rental-car until Wednesday whenever we named them. Since we stated we'd just like a rental vehicle, they'll not return our telephone calls. I'm like we simply keep obtaining the run-around and that I do not need other people to actually need to cope with this.
