Dealt with Mike, owner from Agape Auto Warranties. Purchased extended warranty for my vehicle on May 5 in the amount of $2600.00. It was for 6yrs/125,000 miles. Mike assured me they were the best & had an excellent rating, etc, etc.
Less than 6 months later, my vehicle had a gas leak due to a valve that blew & the dealer and myself attempted to call, write, email, fax Mike over 30 times literally with no response back.
Every time a call was made, the voice mail would say "mail box full." Furthermore, the faxes would bounce back and the website: agapeautowarranties.com was down.
This company was a total scam. I am reporting them to BBB & Consumer Services. They will take your money&DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM—BUYER BEWARE!
