Each morning at around 8am when I wander to work-these traffic brokers are possibly speaking on the cellphones or underneath likely building awnings speaking with the doormen. They have now been carrying this out each morning going back four or five weeks. They aren't doing the things they are settled to complete and that I believe it is an overall total waste of tax-payers money. Please may somebody proper this issue when I will soon be maintaining a watch out. Thank you.
