My van needed tires so i went to ntb being very far from home. They advised me i needed front brakes as well. I gave verbal authorization and when i picked up the van later the bill was 150 dollars more. When i got pack from the trip i checked the brake fluid which was supposed to be flushed, it wasnt it looked like iced tea none of the bleeders screws were touched and master cylinder cap wasnt cleaned off. The rotors were not cut because the retainers were still in place on the studs. The new pads had no lube on the sliders or the mounting hardware. So why did i pay so much for shop supplies. I paid for a brake flush i didnt get, a half ass brake service. Haz mat fees to boot they probably threw my old tires in the dumpster. I called the store 3 times about this and got knowhere.
