CHEATED ON A REPAIR abused & mistreated...
I bought my 1999 Honda CR-V in for a covered warrenty repair. This dealer was told at least 4 times that I requested to see all parts that were removed from my vehicle. I also told them I want to be called during business hours for me to inspect all damaged parts removed. Brian the Honda service writer called me at 6pm (one hour after closing) and would not show me the parts. He made the most imaginative excuses why I could NOT see these defective parts. I firmly beleive that this $3K job was not done at all. I asked that the owner David Michael Levy to call me and has not yet done so.
Then to add insult to injury I was practically thrown out of the dealership by the Volkswagon Sales manager because I was upsetting customers.
Avoid this company at all costs. If they won't be honest with a repair why would they be honest about a sale.
