Gauranteed Approval For Overpriced Junk and Taking Money

In September of I purchased a 2003 Ford Expedition. Before I bought it it had to go to the shop because of a vibration problem. IT came back with the diagnosis that it had a "Loose gas tank strap". That was not the case. The vibration came back in the vehicle and i called Drivetime warranty claims dept. I took it to the place where they had told me too. They said it needed a new rear differential. After several days of them trying to figure out what they were going to do, they replaced it with another used differential. It lasted not even a week before the same problem arrised. I again took it back to the shop. They kept it several days and still no work was done on this. After i finally got on people things started to happen. The place who replace the rear end said that it needed new clutches in the rear end and they were not capable of doing these repairs. So it was sent to another repair shop where it was "fixed". After a couple of days a new problem was showing its little head. The 4 wheel drive lights would flash and the 4 wheel drive would not work. Took it to the place where they replaced the clutches, and they said that they could not tell what it was, and i had to trake it to a Ford Dealer.
So i took it to the dealer the first time and they could not figure it out. The ford dealer had told me to bring it back. The other times before, Drivetime got me a rental car. I had asked about one this time but i had to pay for it first and then they would reimburse me. Took it back the second time to the dealer and it stayed there for another several days waiting on Drivetime to figure out if they were not going to pay for it. They said that the vehicle was not worth fixing and for me to take it back to the lot where i had purchased it to find another vehicle. We did just that. They were trying to put us in something that was in no place like the expedition and our payments would be the same. We opted to get our money back, and then they said that we could not get all of our money back because we were six days late on the payment because it was in the shop and they didn't know if they were going to fix it. So all in all after three months of owning this truck we put less that 1000 miles on it and had it in our posession less than 3 weeks due to it being in the shop. We lost 3 months of payments which equalled to about 600.00 and another 200.00 because we were six days late on the payment. NEver Never BUy anything from these people!!!
