I hired an automobile, through Priceline, in the Budget Rentacar in the Philadelphia Airport over Christmas. I had been hiring the vehicle for 3 times and 9 hours and taken care of the entire 4 times rental not surprisingly. Obviously Budget doesn't have 24hr customer support and both supervisor on-duty and also the lackey behind the table declined to complete something about this.
