I hired an automobile, through Priceline, in the Budget Rentacar in the Philadelphia Airport over Christmas. I had been hiring the vehicle for 3 times and 9 hours and taken care of the entire 4 times rental not surprisingly. I'd the great bundle of my trip arriving nearly an hour or so early also it arrived right before 11pm when it had been routine for 11:45pm. I'd given the pick up period for that rental to become 12:30am but we got towards the rental table at 11:30pm. The twits at Budget explained that I'd to sit down there and watch for another time until my rental start-time of 12:30am got on the time or I'd to pay for one more full-day rental of $60 fees. There have been about 50 vehicles obtainable in the ton and nobody else waiting to rentacar. Obviously Budget doesn't have 24hr customer support and both supervisor on-duty and also the lackey behind the table declined to complete something about this. When 12:30 folded around and that I eventually got the rental, they'd the audacity to try and pre-fill the damamge waiver and gas choice about the paperwork within an energy to obtain me to pay for more. To sum up, I hired an automobile for 15 hours significantly less than the 4 times I taken care of but was designed to delay within the rental reception for an hour or so, overdue during the night, to hold back for that pick up time for you to appear on the lamps.
