Nissan of McKinney's Support department. Created fake fix claims amounting to over $8000. They explained my 2003 Muranois indication was shot and my differential was in horrible need of fix. After I got my vehicle back again to them when NMC expanded the sign guarantee. They stated I'd to possess my transfer-case fixed for $2000 to obtain my indication changed under warranty. Our differential appeared to have fixed itself. I-test drove my Murano using the support supervisor P.J. Neher and affirmed the indication and transfer-case were creating a horrible grinding sound. I'd never noticed these sounds before. They explained my Murano was hazardous to generate today.

I'd my Murano towed to some fresh Dealer Service Dept. 24 hours later I had been educated my indication, transfer-case, differential were all-in very good condition. This is actually the worst-case of support scam I've previously experienced. I’m probably one of hundreds which have been rest also and experimented with be scammed by these intruders masquerading as Service Specialists. Anything must be achieved to safeguard the customer.in my opinion Nissan of McKinneyis support divisionis ethics is abominable.
