We discovered this to be always a really aggressive work environment high in envy & greed. Unsavory cutthroat work environment. Really unpleasant amenities situated near a druggy desolate region. FCHR grievances were submitted; general supervisor did not appear at proceedings. Had our finish cut & hooks ripped from carrige shafts in addition to Holiday designs ruined by other workers. Business sold-out to new people or statements they did but no body truly thinks this because it has got the same people. Most of the workers are desolate or live at St. Francis home. They essentially abandon a myriad of luggage sleeping around. While these folks would like to get gone you they attempt to enable you to get caught even when they constitute their tales. Many workers have now been acused of issues they possibly did not do while we worked here. You will find 4-5 those who have been there to get a very long time however they all should be relatives or anything and worried another person will make a buck. Though they stated we were the greatest paid workers they'd and we usually turned up for function; we experience we were discriminated against.
