No refund after being promised a refund for canceled flight to Moscow Aeroflot airlines

I ended my roundtrip flight to moscow on assurrances from bcheapoair that I'd get a $509 reimbursement within four weeks of this day Oct 5. The airline delivered me $85 perhaps for that ended Moscow to Sochi flight but no reimbursement for that NYC to Moscow roundtrip flight
