Don't know where to begin so I think I will copy my letter as I wrote it so u can get the gist of the whole thing. My most recent conversation was with Consumer Relations, Adrianne Gardner that assisted me from the AAMCO website that I started my complaint on, but now have been informed that she is a mediator for AAMCO and that AAMCO is a franchise.
I thought I was dealing with the corporate office. So, to date, my problem is unresolved and I have really done nothing as it turns out. Perhaps you can direct me as to what steps, recourse, etc I have at this point. Im contacting anyone and everyone who can assist me. If u can let me copy my letter instead of rewriting this whole story, it would help me.
