Poor customer service

Bought a used ford F150 supercrew xlt. Automobile broke down in 3 months after purchase. Your fund organization wouldn't complete purchase until car was set. Named David Stanley to ask how they'd cure issue, they first explained they'd repair the problem after which explained they'd pull car. I inquired that which was happening they explained automobile was to costly to repair. I inquired when they might provide my vehicle back again to me Mark Becker explained no I'd need to come and obtain it and so I stated I'm at the office for 48 nhours I'll come and obtain it on Friday or sunday. He explained it is below. I named Brad Anderson on Friday Oct. 16th and he directed somebody out to physicaly set his hands-on the automobile to ensure it was there, also it was. We got on Sunday the 17th so when we got there they advised us the automobile was offered, We invested time attempting to determine it out also it confirmed on the website computers that it had been sold that morning. We will have no car for me personally to generate to function that's trusted. John Becker was really smug and impersonable and didn't appear to care that people went 2 hours to obtain our vehicle that people were informed was still there. Your agreement was null and emptiness about the 13th. We believe it was a shame towards the hard-working guy. Please. We simply need this incorrect to be produced right.
