Engine sales bob national power supply this company sold me a cummins isb engine and hasn't delivered. I paid by wire transfer and now i can't even get them on the phone beware davidson

I contact Bob at National Power Supply to purchase a cummins engine. I was told that it was in stock and going to ship as soon as he received my payment. Payment was sent and then nothing was shipped out. I was told I would receive a pick up address but an address never came. Now his cell phone is been disconnected again. I keep getting different lies and stories. Now there has been no contact in a month. Product was never supplied or received.
