On August 21 at about 8:40 P.M., about the M31 coach, bus amount 8766, heading east on 57th Street between 3rd Method and 1st Avenue, an MTA bus driver was excessively rude after I questioned him to show along the A/D.initially he barked "no" at me, when I questioned why don't you, because so many additional coach individuals have rejected the A/D after I requested them to, he screamed, yelled, and was excessively dismissive and disrespectful towards me. After I questioned him why he had been so rude, he lifted his speech much more and explained "this discussion has ended." I advised him that I had been his client and informed him that there is you should not talk in a rude and disrespectful tone, but he extended to boost his speech at me.
I really hope the MTA requires steps to prevent this kind of conduct by its motorists, which it professions that one particularly by eliminating him in the M31 bus range.
