I will never refer anyone to this company. Their customer service representatives are rude. Latoya, whoever you are, needs to take a class in people skills.
I thought I was doing the right thing by making an early payment. I called a day before my due date and INFORMED them that I would be sending them a payment thru MoneyGram. I also asked if the scheduled payment would still be taken out of my bank account. I was told it wasn't.
So I made the payment and it was still drafted from my account. So now they are trying to tell me that it is my fault that no one told me that I would have to cancel the automatic payment in order to make an early payment. So when I called Latoya was so rude and disrespectful that I just hung up. Of course the representative that I talked to before did'nt notate my account correctly and it didn't even show any reason why I called. Or at least that is what I was told. I feel that the company should properly inform their customers of their policies and procedures. Also when CREDIT ACCEPTANCE makes a mistake they should do the right thing and pay for it, not leave your customers flapping in the wind.
