The people of NTB, namely Luis Vargas, the manager, are in the business of defrauding customers and mostly women. My girlfriend had a prepaid oil change with these people. She scheduled an appointment a week in advance. When she gets there they say that car has an oil leak, THEREFORE SHE WONT GET AN OIL CHANGE. I personally checked and it had normally staining around the pan. Not leaking anymore than 75% of the cars out on the road. They say it is this stores policy (not written anywhere or national policy) that if they think there is an oil leak of any sort, they wont do the oil change... I know several people they have done this to. They pocket the money and refuse service. What kind of business is this? A FRAUDULENT ONE The manager Luis Varga is a scam artist and coward making a business of stealing and conning. He is becoming famous for this sort of thing. Go somewhere else for your car
