What is this company think there doing? I thank god I keep up with my balance. I received a statement for next months bill in which is SO VERY WRONG! Last month my balance was $11,619.22 this months states says $11,717.56 what the hell??? If it isn't resolved they can take the car, this is b*s*t! Plus in mid-stream of paying my loan they switched from Drive Financial Services to Santander Consumer. NO notice by phone or mail. Why???
