I created a reservation with my nearby Budget through Orbits. I named the day of the get plus they explained they did not have ANY vehicles available. There is no aid in the individual at that area and so I named corporate. They appeared surprised but can offer no aid whatsoever. They did attempt to get me to have a smaller vehicle, further from my house with one more 50% higher level. I told them I'd spend a maximum of that which was offered me. They decided to the cost but couldn't assure the vehicle could be readily available for as much as 7 hours after my unique get period.
I returned almost 2 hours after being informed no accessibility and speaking with corperate headquarters to create another reservation through Orbitz along with a 3rd reservation through Budget online. Both concerns were approved and verification numbers were released. Therefore it was NO INCIDENT they had no vehicles. They created no work to maintain what occurred in my experience from occurring to others in the same period.
Only A truly bad company mentality which makes me truly ill to my stomache.
