Saw an ad, liked tghe idea of rear mount turbos, bought them after sts recommended an installer, the $165 boost controller supposedly wouldn't work, then, the engine needed to be rebuilt, upon startup, oil leaked out the exhaust: bad design, freddy polo, sales said, i need a 2nd scavenger pump, or it wouldn't work, next, oil would dump into the tail pipe during acceleration, next
sts recommended another shop, that could fix the oiling system, snet car to this shop, next i was called the turbos were burned up, sts blamed me, statinf the ls1 needed to make at least 35 psi, well a stock ls1 makes only 28psi, at 4000 rpm, so, a system designed by sts for an ls1, anotgher flaw, then, new shop talked me into buying ball bearing turbos, which, i had to pay for sine the car had set in a shop so long, 9 months, the warranty had run out, then, sts shipped the turbos to houston - not to their recommened shop, where my car was in fitzgerald, ga. Then looking at my credit card statement, saw sts had make not 1, but 5 charges, defrauding me ofapprox. $8400 in addition to the $2130cost.
Beware!!!
