To whom it may concerns, arcadia financial is a money hungry company, with no values of business. True enough the interest rate is not anything hidden, it is the basis of their business. They take advantage of people by giving the loan and then changing the interest rates on the contract. Leaving the average consumer out without options.
I also bought a vehicle in 1999, and i was in serious need (fatal mistake.) well, it is a 97 chevy that is only worth about $3000. Just imagine how much i owe on the car...??? Yes, about $10,000. As much as a 2003 model of the same car.
When i asked why my balance never seems to go down. Of course the interest is so high, i never saw them coming.
Also, i have been making my payments to them since 1999. Recently when i went to inquire about buying a new vehicle, arcadia has not been reporting to the bureau. So i have no car payment history and it has been that was for the last year.
Imagine that, they gladly cash my check but will not keep honest record of it. Arcadia commits the crime of strong arm robbery daily and it seems as we are on our own. Government, state and local officials can do nothing about it. There has to be a way out...
My plans are to either pay the car off, or buy a good car at an auction and tell them to come pick up their 3000.00 prize. Let them deal with it.
