I responded to an advertisement that V.I.P. Auto Body works on exotic cars. My Ferrari was hit in a parking lot and needed repair. I chose them to do the repairs because they were the best price. Lesson learned. They trashed my leather interior, put a scar in the driver's seat with a tool in someone's pocket, the seats are full of grime, the car looks like it aged 10 years while it was there. The body work they did is OK, but they didn't replace certain screws on body panels, and actually put a harsh scratch on the trunk that they fixed with touch-up paint. What a disaster. They said I brought the car trashed to them. Yeah, right. Absolutely despicable!
To put the cherry on the top, the owner (Eli) said what's the big dealit's just a car, don't worship it just because it's a Ferrari. They do not respect exotic cars. Stay away from this place, I'm telling you.
Now I have to get the interior fixed, and the trunk repainted by a real pro. Gee thanks V.I.P. Auto Body! They need to just stick to fixing totaled cars, and stay clear of any classic or exotic.
