I parked my car at Avistar, LaGuardia for the weekend while I travelled to St. Louis. I signed a form at arrival at Avistar, showing any damage to my car. On my return from my trip there was evidence that my car was used and there were several deep key marks on the passenger door. I showed the manager the damage and complained that my car was used. He denied any damages. I wrote a letter to the president of the company and filed a claim. Of course they would not assume responsibility for any damages done to my car.
