I used to work for this company like an owner operator, last year. Got fired because my vehicle broked down, and I has no cost to repair it, because they didn't pay me! I called them a million times, but all I heard is " if you looking for your last settlemant - contact us by e-mail only". They own me almost 3000 dollars and seems like they are not going to pay me what they own! On my last email they answered " If you would be interested in a settlement of. 29 cents on the dollar, and we have enough former drivers willing to go this route, we can avoid a full blown bankruptcy and initiate disbursements for same immediately. A notarized letter of settlement would precede the checks So far we have had an overwhelming response of agreement to this settlement. Something is better than nothing." I want my money back! This is not the way to do bussiness! They are talking about bankrupcy, but still hiring people!!! Somebody has to stop this! Liars and users Unreputable Company - Unprofessional Business, THEY STILL MY MONEY!!! They charge people for putting their own name (commercial sings) onto the people's vehicles, and who know's for what else. From really beginning, from the first check they started to own me already - the reason was - broken computer in a payroll! Second check - they paid me less then thay has to, wxcuse was - they still didn't get paid from the customers! They talking to people like with dogs! No culture, no presiation, only yelling. Ron (the complain manager) never response his phone - cause what he said - there's a language barrier so i dont speak english enough to understand him, so emails is the only way to talk, but you have to send like 5 of those before u'll get some response! When I said I gonna come into the office to pick up the money they own me - they answered: "That is fine, we will wait to see you then and will have the sheriff arrest you for trespassing."
When I was trying to call them - they emailed: "You are hereby notified that any further phone calls from you to any of our offices or personnel will be unwanted and considered harassment. We demand you cease all calls to our facilities and personnel. Your calls from hereafter are being recorded. We have a very smart phone system and can track whom calls are coming from if marked private. If you continue to call, we will simply record the calls and ask you to identify yourself and drag the call on for identification purposes. I will personally contact the detectives in town with the recordings and they will in turn contact police in your locale to carry out charges against you."
They CRUSHED my life, I lost everything because of them, and don't know where to go and who can help me to get my money I used to work for and didn't get paid! Be aware!
