Carfax
Charged my credit card even though I did not confirm the purchase and would not respond to emails about the money back guarantee! Arlington Virginia

We were shopping for a car and checked carfax. Almost purchase in that I entered the VIN and credit card info but then changed my mind and did not confirm. They still charged the card and there is no telephone number to call so emails that were sent have been conveniently ignored. So now we paid for something that we did not use at all!
