I ordered a new fairing for a yamaha cycle from D9 Industries on line. Stated shipping time was 2 weeks. At 3 weeks I emailed through website. Denver Houck replied that the fairings would be shipped that week with excuse of only having one painter and that they do quality paint jobs, not just slop it on to get it out the door.
On June 1st I hadn't recieved the fairing kit yet. I attempted phone and email contact with no replies. I contacted my cc company.
Two days later the box arrived from CHINA! Took to a professional to install and he informed me that the fairings were cheap pieces of crap that looked like they had been wrecked parts sanded down and repainted. They don't even fit!
D9 Industries has a page on their website touting how "Good" their products are. I have never been this angry about an order before, not only did it take forever to come and came from China but it was all crap!
I don't want this to happen to anyone else!
