I hired an RV from American Dream Holidays for that Funeral Weekend and quit a $500.00 deposit against problems. I delivered the RV about the Wednesday after Memorial Day also it was examined and that I was informed they might contact me with-in 48hrs if anymore harm was discovered. 24 hours later I obtained a phone from their store telling me that harm was located on the RV. I went for their area to examine the alleged harm. They showed me an image of the RV which was obtained before we hired it. The picture was obtained from a length which permitted the whole aspect of the 31 base RV to become noticeable within the image. Then he showed me a closeup image (obtained in a distinct position and excessively closeup) of what he stated in my experience my supposed harm. I also noticed that reverse part of the RV had these same scores. They stated these were completed from the Operator of the RV.
Then they required that I signal a document which resembled a fix purchase and was entitled “work required” or anything along these collections. This RV can also be “for sale” and American Dream Holidays can also be an RV retail vendor under another title. I'm interested regarding whether American Dream Holidays may be the real Operator of the RV plus they are hiring the system and maintaining the remains by creating injury claims and utilizing insufficient proof to aid their statements.
