We had purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in early August. Being that we were buying a used vehicle we decided to add extended warranty, tire coverage, maintance coverage. Well this is where it all goes bad.
1. We take the vehicle in for its first oil change & coverage wasnt in the system
2. Take vehicle in for 2nd oil change - coverage not in system
3. We have an issue with the speedometer... Was advised that they do not work on this type of vehicle. Take vehicle to a dealership and find out that they sold us a basic coverage plan... Not what we paid for
4. Had a blow out tire protection not turned in the system
5. Take vehicle back after paying 600.00 for the previous repair... After having Power Nissan change the policy... They gave us a lower coverage policy than what we had before
I would suggest and this is only my opinion - never purchase the extended warranties from this dealership. You would be better off buying it on your own.
