Sold me a lemon, lied to me and had awful customer services on numerous occasions

I purchased a preowned 2004 Ford Explorer from Courtesy Ford Conyers, GA on June. Right from the start I should have known something wasn't quite right... I started having problems with this vehicle from the very day I drove it off the lot!

From the time I have owned this vehicle I have had to have ten repairs with most of them being MAJOR repairs. I have a warranty but, it gets extremely tiring and expensive because I still do have a deducible to pay with the warranty. When I have to keep going back and fourth back and fourth every other month for repairs.

My service record is two miles long, everyone in Courtesy knows me by name and now it's embrassing!!! The engine went out in November I had it replaced with my warranty (brand new not rebuilt). April the transmission was replaced. Now here it is May and I had to take the truck back up there May because the tranny had been leaking tranny fluid and when my husband told them, they tired to make out like he didn't know what he was talking about.

He kept telling them the fluid in our garage was red not black. They keep trying to tell him that it was oil. First of all we are very educated individuals and we are NOT color blind!!! Then, had to take the vehicle back two days later in the same week because the engine started leaking oil from the rear main seal.

Then my question was did your tech not change the seal when he replaced the engine in November? The answer was yes he did, the new engine came with one... My check engine light came on over the weekend but I could not get any service until Tuesday because of the holiday. So, the million dollar question still is: "why is the engine leaking"? No one there could answer the question... Not the tech, not the manager Dave Adams, not the GM manager Sabastain, not the New GM Jay Barksdale, nor could Paul... NO one colud... I am still waiting on that answer!

The heat went out in the vehicle about four months ago and when I inquired about getting it repaired... They told me it was not covered under my warranty and it would be $700.00 just to take the dash down not inculding the repairs that would have to be done... Yeah that suck... This vehicle is a money taker!!!

So I went in to Courtesy on yesterday and I demanded to speak with someone of authority! At this point I am livid!!! I spoke with the GM manager Sabastian, I told him everything going on and he offered to trade me out of the vehicle, I told him that would be fair. Spoke with Jay Barksdale and he offered the same.

At this point the vehicle is in their possesion and supposely getting repaired again for the hundredth time!!! They gave me a rental which my warranty takes care of that as well. Then the GM and GM manger had me get with one of their sales guy and he took all of my info again he told me he had a vehicle in mind for me and then he took me out to test drive it... Sales guy told me by tomorrow he would have an answer for me because it was after 5 P.M.

I called back the next day (May 29) to only find out that they weren't prepared to live up to their promises. I told the GM manager that day before I had already spoke with my finance co. To see if they will pick me back up on another auto loan. The finance co.informed me that Courtesy Ford would have to pay off my excisting loan first then they would glady open me back another loan. The GM manager stated, "that's no problem".

So at this point I am at Courtesy Ford and they told me they couldn't find anyone to finance me because I didn't have any money down. Just like I expressed to them no I do not have a down payment because I never intisipated on having to get another vehicle this soon. It hasn't even been a year that I just bought this form Courtesy Ford of Conyers, GA...

The customer service there is negative 10 and they need to straighten up and fly right or they will find theirselves on all kinds of news channels and BBB negative reporting and other consumer negative rating websites... That's another thing I had to contact the BBB and I have an active claim with them and I contacted Ford Motor Company to put in a personal complaint to this dealer ship as well!!!

I have also contacted my finance company and Ford Motor Company and they both to me to refer back to the dealer because they sold me the vehicle... That I have tired on numerous occasions and I am not getting any results, so I will continue to report Courtesy Ford of Conyers, GA to any and everyone I can... I will not let it die!!!
