On April 13 I did contacted sales person Ron Walston and I request information on obtaining a truck. After all details on the truck, I did fax an application; witch requires three Credit references on Paid Mortgages or equipment accounts. Just right below those credit references is a fine print that states The undersigned gives this statement for the purpose of being granted credit and warrants its truth and accuracy. I/We are applying for individual/joint credit. I/We understand that if the information contained herein is not true. I/We may be PROSECUTED to the FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
The undersigned herby authorizes any of the above named creditors to release such information as necessary for obtaining credit."
And then my signature on the app.
I did receive 13 unauthorized inquiries on my credit, the last one on 4-20-09, even after I told Mr. Walston, to call off the sale.
Mr. Walston said that was a credit Dept. Mistake, and I just call the Credit Dept, spoke to Bran, he said that's nothing he can do.
This company doesn't care about you as a customer; all they care is selling you the truck.
I'm writing this to prevent others truck drivers to try Dallas Truck Center, takes a lot of work to have a decent credit score and keep it that way.
My score already drop almost 100 points with all this inquiries.
Beware and stay away from Dallas Truck Cente
