Noveber 26 my Hummer H1 was brought in for repair of a flywheel, torque converter and diesel pump. After 4 months I was fed up with his lack of service and asked candidly what's up with my truck, he the proceeded to throw my truck out of his garage saying I was "Busting his Balls" too much. Now the problem is that he is holding over $10,000 in mechanical and aftermarket parts hostage for a 2,000 "storage fee". Since then I've called a lawyer and NYS DMV to try settle this case.
