I recently had my vehicle fixed by E D Welch that has been a terrible experience. They charged me over $4000.00 to displace the top gaskets. With-in fourteen days of buying up the vehicle there is an gas flow showing from the mind. E D explained to go to my local Ford seller to obtain it fixed. The technician explained that it was a clear problem which should have now been fixed by E D which it'd charge around $3000.00 to correct it. After repeated calls to obtain E D to get hold of the technician they explained that it had beennot their issue, and so I talked towards the support supervisor which wasn't the helpful and appear to not care whatsoever. I've now obtained it to a different Ford supplier that has drawn the motor aside and it has unearthed that somehow E D should have fallen the top and never stated something and simply rigged it back together. I've talked back again to the E D support supervisor who I'm waiting once more to listen to his reaction. I'll publish his reaction the moment he allows me understand. General, I've purchased vans from E D and at this time I'll never purchase or support another automobile from their store and certainly will not suggest them to anybody because of the therapy by their support administration.
