I have been a customer with USAA Insurance for over 10 years and have always payed online via their bill pay or straight online for my monthly insurance. Recently USAA cut off my ability to pay my insurance bill online because of a bankruptcy I filled 2 1/2 years ago even though all this time they have allowed me to pay this way. They refused to allow me to pay my bill and did not notify me so while I'm trying to pay my bill and waiting for days for it to go through the system without any indication or notification they changed my access I was charged a late fee as well.
When I contacted them they were rude, disrespectful and callous and told me "we don't have to notify you." "Our system is just now catching up." They have also made it impossible for the normal customer service reps to speak with me about my account and therefore
