Rip off engine died at 65,000 miles the business that doesnt give a dam

My engine was destroyed during an emisions test at a service station.

The service station says the state (New York) does not hold them liable for anything that happens during an inspection.

My 6 yr. Extended warranty ended 3 weeks before the incident and Ford does not want to hear it. They want $4,000 to replace the motor. They even charged me $1,000 as a deposit until they get the old engine back and they are the ones who will be replacing the engine!
