Had a poor encounter with Delta last summer. Without any climate reasons at-all, they got me in overdue and that I skipped my link trip. I acquired no aid upon appearance for example deplaning first, or deleting with another trip and so I got to my destination overdue and skipped my surface transport to my ultimate location. I eventually got in early each morning, got a few hours rest, and headed down for my company.
Our return journey, they dropped my luggage, and stated I really could not have it before next day. Used to do not have it as prepared and didn't have substance to get a demonstration that evening. The telephone# I required monitoring the luggage was useless; they might not monitor it. They assured it'd get sent to my house airport later within the evening, and might contact me when it came, whilst the very first time of appearance they offered me was incorrect.
