This memo was written by the Vice President of US Fidelis on March 10th but not sent out to employees until March 16th. It actually makes not sense as Cory Atkinson is making threats to his employees under the pretense that some lady went to another warranty company to buy a warranty.
They should give the lady some credit; maybe she shopped around. The whole tone of this memo shows how arrogant they are. They don't give the consumer credit for having the intelligence to shop around or use sources available such as a phone book or the internet to find a better price.
The other point I would like to make is the hokey scare tactics he is using on his employees. Each thing he threatened with is exactly who and what US Fidelis ITSELF is being investigate by.
He throws out felony charges could be made. TO WHO? FOR WHAT?
You are going to file a charge against someone because a lady bought a warranty somewhere else? What the heck?
IT is QUITE Humorous. Please take the time to read it to see what kind of people run this company and SPREAD THE WORD. Print it out. Hang it on your bulletin boards at work. Put the post i your myspace and/or facebook. Please!
