Bad Business!
I delivered back the substance within thirty days as needed. I created copies of anything before I delivered it. I delivered it certified email and so I might have evidence they acquired it. I couldn't get my return. Everybody I talked to stated it had been being prepared and might take a moment. After a few months, I approached the Greater Business Office at www.bbb.org. The BBB offered them a contract time, and that I obtained my reimbursement on that evening.
