I'm a pregant employee simply became pregant. Easily might have recognized I required an email I'd have introduced one-up there immediatley each time I missed, Ive done it with every additional work after I missed. This work could be no different. Our CHEF is never at the office actually. She falls by for actually 5 minute subsequently leaves to-go get her hair done, work-out, consume, visit the club, move home to her house condition plus much more. WE'VE OUR STORE BEING WENT BY 18,19 AND two decades olds. That is absurd. This shop doesn't pass the guidelines and that I might have never accomplished something to jeperdize my work. But this is too much. Im becoming fire because im pregnant? Like actually. Thats illegal. Our chef is just a shitty chef excuse my launguage. I believe she actually woke up oneday and was like IM gonna open a platos and that I know nothing. She's everyone do her work with her. The hiring, shooting, pay-roll, something that has any work included our chef doesn't do since she's all informed people she doesn't understand how! This really is absurd that the CHEF understands nothing about her new location she exposed when SHE'S the dog owner. Since is unfortunate. I believe within the statement of privileges its claims yu can't fireplace a pregant individual since they're pregant. Im almost good that that's a regulation. I'm beyond peeved that this has occurred and that I need anything done about that.
