I invested around $1000 with this specific organization to-order components for my 1979 Trans Am. Among the components I requested was a headliner. I particularly stated I required a headliner to get a 1979 Trans Am. They delivered a headliner to get a 1970-1974 Trans-Am that will be nothing beats what I needed.

I called them to inform them-they created a mistake and that I will have to trade it. They advised me I'd to pay for to deliver it back again to them-and subsequently spend to deliver the right headliner in my experience.

I called today and talked with 'Joe', the Supervisor. All I needed was to become repaid (about $20) for that roundtrip delivery because of their error. He turned really argumentative and attributed ME for that mistake. I invested so much cash together and he's managing me enjoy it was my problem. He explained I instructed his worker Truck that I required the 'bend design' headliner. Used to donot actually understand this language. He contended with me to get a half-hour after which finished the phone call having a cynical 'possess a good-day'... Meaning 'there's nothing you certainly can do about this'.

I simply wished to make certain nobody else gets burned by these folks. They've to truly have the toughest customer support ACTUALLY!
