Intentionally sent wrong parts and refuse to give a refund and take back wrong parts

Called Adsit Co to order a headliner for a 1995 C280 Mercedes Benz and was told that they DO have it and that if I ordered it online I'd get a discount. I went online and placed my order and also filled out the question box with the year, make, model, VIN and color of the headliner for the car I was ordering for. I called Adsit after placing my order to make sure that they did indeed have a headline for a 1995 C280 and was told that they had it and if the didn't they would "make" one for me. 3 weeks passed and no headliner so I called them again to check on the status of my order. I was told that they had to "make" one for that car and again I asked if they were sure it would fit a 1995 C280 and was told yes. When the "headliner" arrived I opened it to find a roll of bulk material on a spool and the sticker on the package said F408 HDL 1970 MBZ 280SE W/108 chassis. I called Adsit again and told them that this was the wrong headliner it's not really a headliner but bulk material. I called 2 more times and argued with them and finally was told that they don't give cash refunds. I am stuck with 300.00 worth of useless material (I bought the correct material locally for less than 100.00) that will not even work as a headliner! Be carefull dealing with these people as they have older Benz parts and do not know what they are doing and you will get the wrong thing and will not get satisfaction!!
