Sadly wiser today than yesterday...
I am a new victim of Just Brakes' "Bait/Switch. When I visited their Garland store yesterday, I was given an estimate of $900 to fix my breaks (this was only the front & rear hardware, not the entire brake system as a cost such as this should be for).
As I waited 4 HOURS for my vehicle (after being told it would take 45 minutes) it became horribly apparent that NO ONE that walked in their door was getting out for less than $300.
Most people were initially shocked but went ahead and had the work done.
I did not have $900 worth of work done but to have 1 rotor replaced and another one resurfaced cost me $298.
After reading the complaint, I am very sorry that I allowed them to get away with as much as they did. I believe all of their services and parts to be extrememly overpriced.
If a class action lawsuit is forming, count me in!
