This is a complete rip off. Don't waste your money. They make you jump through hoops in hopes that you'll screw up one of the steps and then they can say your claim is invalid. You have to immediately get things fixed on the day they happen and not drive your car but you also have to be able to get a hold of them before any work can be done. Then you have to fill out a ton of forms. They denied one of my claims because I put a spare tire on and didn't get the damaged tire fixed for another 2 days. They denied another claim because I had their zip code wrong when I sent them the forms. It got sent back to me so I didn't make the 30 day deadline to get all of the information in. The paper my contract is printed on is very thing and when the dealership filled out the forms they didn't have it properly justified so it is the slightest bit hard to read the contract so they didn't honor another claim because the contract was not ledgible. They are extrememly rude and it takes hours to get through to someone when you call. Also the dealership forgot to put a contract number on my contract. The first time I called I spent 4 hours on the phone at the repair shop before one of them could find my contract. I've replaced 2 tires due to nails being stuck in them. Another got sliced while I was driving but I don't know what caused it. It wasn't slashed by anyone because it happened while I was driving. A third tire was sliced by a piece of metal laying in the road. I've had to pay to have each tire replaced myself. They've found something wrong with my claim every time.
