I've been having a dreadful period with Suburban Gas in upstate Ny (Columbia County). We've been obtaining deliveries despite we've ceased automated shipping — without any solution or bill left out. We just recently found another 225 gallon shipping (while we were in the home actually!) when we called to verify a credit once they readjusted our cost per-gallon in the past two deliveries. They'd been getting us a buck a gallon more before we named them about the costs.
