Got wrong pay-off wouldn't even call us back to try to renegotiate deal abused & mistreated

First visited Bob Frensley on February 21st, was told the 2002 PT Cruiser was $16,900 and they called my leinholder and got payoff of 10,052. Husband found a make and model magazine at Kroger stating that the same exact car was $14,995, called Bob Frensley said no it was already sold.

Called dealership back talked to another salesman said they had 3 PT crusiers all 2002 for $14,995. Went back the following week found a sante fe that we liked, worked out a deal on the Sante fe, signed all paperwork and "All Sales Are Final" contract.

Was called back the following Wednesday stating bring us $3200 or the vehicle. Payoff was wrong. Left message for owner, never called, husband called owner, never called. Talked to John (Treated me horrible wouldn't even try) Talked to Frank (Wouldn't even try)

Got CEO of Leinholder on the phone, leinholder said they are willing to put $1500 in on the deal to make it work. Called Bob Frensley wouldn't call back after a day finally called said that they wouldn't put ANY money in on the deal not even $200.

Asked if we can re-negotiate the deal and bring more money to the table, wouldn't even talk to us. This was the worst service ever had in my life!!! Warning never go to that dealership!
