I was contacted by phone to purchase an extended warranty on my vehicle for 4 years or 125,000 Miles. I was told the coverage was from bumper to bumper. Three times I requested a detailed list of items covered and never recieved it.
When the warranty was needed the dealer was told the main item, which was a life saving device was not covered for the amount of $569.41, but the rear window motor was.
When I contacted them to cancel my policy I spoke with Anthony in accounts for 30 minutes with no results.
He told me to send in a recent odometer number, (which should have been received by the dealer to receive the reimbursment), and a written request.
The recorded tapes of all conversations would be reviewed in 24 hours and I would be contacted. I was not contacted.
He stated that I had the Gold comprehensive plan. Top of the line, Ha! Also, the person who sold it to me and said it was bumper to bumper would be fired for misrepresentation of the company. Larry who was shown on the records would never do that because he went to church with Anthony.
I want my money back and let everyone know they are a scam!!
