I brought a 2008 nissan sentra sL in november. Within 4mos-1yr i made complaints about my car idle high but they saw they could never find the problem when on the highway, brake piston replace after 4-5mos, master
cylinder rcall, molding replaced last mishap was 11degree weather with no windsheild wiper fluid in freezing weather. The service person thomas said these things get worn down/old (piston) okay i am a fool.
Anyway i went to return the car 12/28/08 i told them i wanted a new car with the same features. I left with an 2009 altma. That night when i saw the car clearly in the
moring i return it after work. Again i express "i want same features in my new car that were in my sentra". So they bring altma s around with cloth seats. I had leather in my sentra so i told them i was not satisfied i was inexperience with car purchasing and they knew this much. Anyway i told them i was not happy. They told me they couldn't do anything because it was already s
submitted to the bank.
Now i am really upset the sales manager mr reed prided himself on customer satisfaction yet i still have my car. They but the leather seats in when i went to pick up my car i didn't see at first but i notice it the next day it was put in on a slant in the back. I took it to them last to show them they said someone will contact me no one has at this moment.
Did i mentioned that i went to another dealer to see if i could my car they called the finance company and they did not have my ss#or my partners. I trust in people to do the right thing and i feel because i was sold a lemon the firrst time yet they refuse to make a first time buyer happy.
After reading some the other complaints. I ask for them to take there car and give me my sentra and they refuse to do so. I think these people and this company use
there african american employees to get over the african american consumers. Because the same day i was asking for the loaded altma and hearing we didn't have any i went looking for myself and found the car that had all the feature like my sentra but another sales man came down looking for the same car for his consumers and they brought the car.
I really feel that this company needs to be exposed in the public so that there will not be any more victims. I have a car that i don't want but is unable to trade
because it 2009 325miles. Please help me and if not me someone else so they may not have to go thourgh the first time horror of purchasing there first car.
