I spke to Chris Briden who assured and guarenteed me that the 2007 Maui Dreamer Schooter that they have advertised for sale as DOT Approved And EPA CERTIFIED is legal and approved for California Roads and that I would have no problem registering it in my state I purchased it only to find out it is not EPA Approved for CAlifornia and that they illegally sold me the schooter and that I have 30 days to get it out of CA and I can not sale, gift, rent, lease, or will it to anyone in CA..
