I am ex employee of texaco express lube located on howell mill rd in atlanta ga. If you get your vehicle serviced at this location there is a greater than 50% chance you are paying for a service you are not getting done. Every since i have started working at this location the manager has trained me to sell services but not to do them. For example, if your car needs a radiator flush but the fluids appear to look good he would tell me to sell it and make it look like im doing the service. This way as long as the fluid looks good you can never prove we didn't do the service you payed for. Another example if your car comes in for a oil change and the oil looks gold or fairly good we yell out "f. O". That means change the oil "filter only". Or if your car already has one of our filters on it he tell us not to change it. So you may pay for a full service but your car leaves the same way it came in with nothing done to it. He does these things because it helps his inventory. The more he saves the more money he makes on his bonus checks. You may ask why do we agree to do these things for him but he threatens to replace us if we don't do as he says. I can guarantee if u you had services done at this location in 2008 your a victim.
