We leased our trucks on to Degonia & Sons Trucking. After the first week he didn't pay weekly settlements, took 6 weeks to send load confirmations and then didn't send the page with the amount of the load. He wouldn't answer the phone for days, left one of our drivers over a weekend without fuel enough to idle in 20 degree weather and, even after telling me he would give the driver an advance on Friday, didn't and the driver had no food money either. He constantly lied to us and we are out several thousand dollars in settlements.
